Pocket Properties purchased this home as-is in 2020, the entire interior down to the studs and the home/yard not being inhabited or maintained for almost a decade. With a lot of time and energy, we restored this beautiful property back to its original glory.
Our favorite parts of the finished project, aside from just bringing some beauty back, was the open-concept kitchen with large pantry and cast-in-place concrete countertops. Partnering with The Tree Guys of Boise, we also got the large mature trees fully trimmed after years of overgrowth and also re-seeded the entire backyard for .32 acres of full-fenced space.
